- Mistake #4: Base their decision on what the house looks outside: You house may look like something straight out the magazine but the interior is not even fit for a mouse to live in.
- Mistake #5: Placing design over function and necessity: What does your family need in a house? The house may look grand and very chic but the rooms are too small to accommodate your needs.
