Singapore Residential Listings
Asia is known for its thriving rigid economy and international trade links. For this reason, foreign investors have begun flocking into the area looking for greener pastures. Some decide to be permanent dwellers while some leave immediately after completing their transactions.
The demand for apartments has therefore increased. Among all the countries in Asia, Singapore has received most of these foreigners. This is because of its cheaper property rates as compared to its neighboring countries. On top of this, Singapore has one of the best education systems in Asia and many of the graduates are doing quite well. The environment is generally clean since pollution is not as much.
This has been attributed by the strict laws based on littering or pollution that govern the residents. It is normally warm all through making her a good tourist destination. Above all, Singapore has both cultural and modern lifestyle aspects co-joined in one community setting. In short, Singapore is on of the best places to live in.
As stated earlier, demand for these properties has really increased making the current Singapore residential listing insufficient. Looking for a property has become a hard nut to crack; not only for the foreigners but also for the natives. There are a number of properties that are included in Singapore’s residential listing.
They range from HDB flats, condos to bungalows. All these properties vary basically in terms of price. Size is also one of the major differences. Flats are the smallest in size and the cheapest. Mostly, those that earn average wages prefer living in flats due to their financial capabilities.
HDB Flats also range in size; there are that are for singles while some are for families and young couples. Bungalows are luxurious apartments. Normally, they are either one and a half or one storey building with huge verandahs. They are very spacious and ideal for families. Lastly, there are the condominiums. These are the best of all the properties listed in the Singapore residential listing. This is because condos are pocket friendly and still very luxurious. Most of them are also centrally located, in that they are close to various towns and institutions. Apart from renting, one can lease the condo for either 99 or 999 years.
Pricing of these properties is based on a couple of factors. Among them is the locality and accessibility of the property. In the Singapore residential listing, some properties are located in the CBD; Central Business District, while some are in the interior areas. Obviously, the CBD properties are rented at a higher price as compared to the interior ones. It is therefore wise to choose a property that is within your budget.
On the other hand, Bungalows are quite costly, no matter the location. They are the most expensive properties in the Singapore residential listing.
