Negotiator - acting as the negotiator between buyer and seller is another important responsibility.
Documentation - you are required to prepare the necessary documents such as agreements reservation forms etc.
Organization - you’ll have to organize property closings, managing signing of documents and expenditures.
Coordination between buyer and seller- another responsibility is to create coordination, between buyer and seller, and arrange meetings to show properties to the prospective buyers.
Acknowledgement of market - it’s very important to keep your self acknowledged and updated about the competitive market. Without market knowledge you will not be able to advice and meet the demands of the buyers and sellers.
Reaching the targets - certain targets on monthly or semi-annually basis are set by the management. You will have to use your selling skills to reach the target.
Promotion of Sales - another responsibility is to promote the property sale. For this purpose advertisements, property exhibitions and other means are to be adopted.

Presentations - in order to increase the sales and meet the targets set by the managements as well as to attract the customers, professional presentations must be delivered. These presentations will project your talent and selling skills.
Contact with Clients - you are to keep frequent contact with the clients to ensure further transactions with them. These contacts will create your goodwill and you might make some of them your permanent clients.
