Singapore Real Estate Loan
Singapore real estate market has skyrocketed over the past few years. There still remains a growing demand for property by both local and international investors. Even though the Singapore real estate market reports show that over ninety percent of all property has already been sold, all is not lost.
Resale of property is the main business going on in Singapore real estate sector at the moment. As a matter of fact, many times more people are buying resale property than those buying property that is being sold for the first time. Therefore, becoming a Singapore realtor is the thing to do, because more and more investors are looking for realtor services in Singapore every day. The tremendous growth of the real estate market in Singapore is not the only reason why you should consider becoming a Singapore realtor.
For the most part, it is very easy to become a Singapore realtor because the system therein does not have many limitations as compared to most other countries. All you need to do is get the necessary academic qualifications, the most important being a CEHA qualification and you are good to go. Also, be conversant with the loan and mortgage language as well as the legal language, as you will need to use it very often.
The second thing you need to do is tour the city for a suitable vacant office space. The office doesn’t need to be very spacious; you only need a floor space of about 3.5 by 3.5 meters. Make the office look professional by having a nice TFT computer, a landline and sleek, comfy office chairs which match the office desk. For a more professional look, partition the office into two and have a secretary who has a beguiling smile at the front section. A capital of say five thousand grand and a stand by amount of about ten thousand will do.
Thirdly, the real estate sector in Singapore is neither characterized by huge companies which give the services nor by a ‘major’ company which dominates the picture. It is a structure that has many team mates, all kicking the ball to the same goal. This makes the field level for all new and old Singapore realtors in the real estate market of Singapore.
The other reason why you should consider becoming a Singapore realtor is the level of ease of making sales in this sector. Customers come in many numbers, because they know that there are really no “consultation fees.” The customer only pays when the deal is done. As a result, you gain exposure and experience as you give the best consultancy services to customers who walk in. All you need to do in order to ensure that they come back is to have the best conduct and confidence. The value of laughter cannot be ignored here. Also, remember to offer them a cup of tea or a glass of soda.
Lastly, have as many contacts as you can of other Singapore realtors, lawyers, financial advisors and mortgage brokers. You will need them along the way.
