Singapore Real Estate Market
Singapore real estate market has been showing signs of sustained growth. Thou the prices of Singapore real estate keep on going up each and every day this. This contributes a lot to the economy. The property sales in Singapore can be described as soaring with properties selling more than analysts had predicted and the buyers are not even worried with this kind of trend.
HDB flats were built and managed by the housing and development board and this was since independence in Singapore. HDB flats have always been clocking high transaction in the open and resale of the market each and every month. If you own an HDB flat and you want to sell the flat in an open market the first thing that the seller should understand and comply are the rules of the HDB flats which were imposed by the government of Singapore. The seller must ensure that he mets the eligibility criteria to be able to sell the flat into the open market and Minimum Occupation Period (MOP).
MOP is basically referred as the minimum period of time the owner of the HDB occupied the flat. For example if you rented the HDB flat for I year, that one year will not be taken into record in the computation. What MOP depends most is the purchase mode and the flat type which you purchased last time. If you have a one room HDB flat or HUDC flat there is no MOP for these types of properties and they can be sold anytime to another eligible buyer in the Singapore real estate market.
Up to date the Singapore real estate market is no longer seen as a domestic market it has widened up to the whole entire world. In order to keep the Singapore real estate market strong one area that needs to be focused so much is education. Singaporeans have to be motivated so that they can continue to upgrade their skills and knowledge and remain relevant in their needs and also keep pace with technology. Singapore Real estate agents need to be equipped with the right skills so that they can be able to deal with the challenges and opportunities that come along the way. The real estate agents should be prepared to take on deals that are described as complex or buildings that are so that they can able to serve the needs of their clients.
In order to make the Singapore real estate market to be strong there must be a lot of trust and ethics between the real estate property investor and the property agent. Trust and ethics are so essential in professional Singapore real estate market.
Another factor that needs to be observed is encouraging foreign investors to come and invest in Singapore. Singapore is a country that has great opportunities if they are utilized wisely. Foreign investors make the economy to become strong and this makes Singapore to grow and become strong within a very short time.
