While a property seller expands his Multiple Listing Services (MLS) to hasten the disposal of a property, as has been the practice, you should be careful choose the right brokers that will be included in your sales orbit.
The MLS is a suite of services that enables brokers to establish contractual offers of compensation (among brokers), facilitates cooperation with other broker participants, accumulates and disseminates information to enable appraisals.
